    For payasam- Soak the rice ada in a bowl of boiled water and keep it aside.

    Add the milk, sugar and salt to the pressure cooker and boil it. After it is done, close the lid and simmer the milk for 1 hour under low-medium flame.

    Strain the ada. Add the ada and stir it until you get the required consistency.

    For boli- Make a dough with flour, salt and turmeric powder. Fold it with gingelly oil and keep it aside.

    Boil the channa dal and don’t make it mashy.

    Melt the jaggery

    Heat a pan and add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, melted jaggery and channa dal. Grind it all together.
