    Add all the ingredients to a pressure cooker. Cover and pressure-cook on medium heat for 5 whistles (around 15 minutes).

    Allow it to cool down, then grind it into a smooth paste. Optionally, you can strain the gravy for a smoother texture. Add it into a pan and heat it up.

    Add milk, mix and bring it to a boil. Cover with a lid, turn the flame to low and cook for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.

    Add the paneer cubes, Kasuri methi, garam masala powder and honey. Cook for just 2 minutes and turn off the heat. Serve it hot with pulao/naan/roti.
