    Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, saute until translucent.

    Add the green chillies and ginger garlic paste and cook until no longer raw in aroma.

    Add tomato, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, cardamom powder and salt to taste, saute till the masalas get cooked.

    Add the grated paneer and saute for 2 mins.

    Add coriander, mint leaves and the chopped nuts and mix. Remove from the heat and cool the mixture.

    For the samosa, prepare a paste of maida and water to use for sticking.

    Prepare cones from the samosa sheets, add the paneer stuffing and seal with the maida paste.

    Deep fry until golden brown and crispy in medium hot oil. Taket it out, drain the excess oil. Serve it hot
