Cookd masalas for pav (buns)

Add the vegetables to a pressure cooker along with salt and water. If you don’t have any of the veggies, you can substitute it with more potato or any other vegetable. Pressure cook it for 3 whistles on medium-high heat. Once the pressure releases, strain out the vegetables from the water. Mash it using a potato masher or you can even use a fork/ladle.

Heat the Cookd Onion Tomato Masala in a pan. Add the capsicum and pav bhaji masala. Saute for 2 minutes. Add the mashed vegetables and mix. Add water and mix to get a smooth consistency. Add tomato ketchup and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add butter and coriander leaves, and turn off the heat.

To serve, toast the buns with some butter until lightly golden brown. Serve with chopped onions, lemon wedge and a cube of butter.
