Add the mutton to a pressure cooker, pour 4 cups of water. Add salt, pepper, and turmeric, mix it. Close the cooker and pressure cook it for 6 whistles, turn off the flame. Let the pressure reduce gradually.

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, ginger, garlic, dry red chilies, and let it crackle. Add the shallots, saute them for a few minutes. Add the grated coconut and cook it for a while.

Add the boiled mutton along with the stock, mix it well. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Season it with salt and black pepper powder. Mix it well.
