Method

    Sift maida, cocoa powder, and salt, set aside. In a medium-large bowl add sugar, and melted unsalted butter, and whisk it until the mixture is airy and everything is well incorporated.

    Add the room-temperature eggs one at a time, and mix well.

    Mix in the flour mixture with the wet ingredients until nice, smooth, and glossy. Fold in dark chocolate.

    Add mixture to a greased parchment-lined baking pan. Add this to the preheated pressure cooker, and remove the gasket and the whistle from the cooker. Add salt at the bottom of the cooker and place a stand on top of the salt, keep the baking pan on the stand. Close the lid and let this cook for 35-40 minutes on a low- medium heat or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let them cool for 30 minutes and enjoy!
