    Fold a piece of foil paper into 4 quarters. Cut off the access to form a perfect square. Place a glass in the middle of the square foil. Fold the edges of the foil upwards and press it at the edges tightly, forming a cup.

    Keep a bowl on a double boiler, make sure that the bottom of the bowl does not touch the hot water. Mix, dark chocolate and butter and let it melt completely till the dark chocolate is smooth and shiny. Take it off the heat, add the milk and mix well.

    Sift in the Maida, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Make sure there are no lumps.

    Lastly, add in the powdered sugar, and vanilla essence and pour this mixture into the greased foil cups. Add 1-2 pieces of chocolate to each cup.

    Add this to the preheated pressure cooker, and remove the gasket and the whistle from the cooker. Place a stand or an idli holder in the cooker and place all the choco lava cakes in each section of the idli mold. Close the lid and let this cook for 20-22 minutes on a low- medium heat. Let them cool for 5 minutes and enjoy the gooey choco lava cakes!

    you can reduce the amount of sugar little but those who prefer the cake to be a little bitter!!
