    In a pan, add ghee and the whole spices. Once aromatic, add the curry leaves and fry until they become crispy Then add the slit chillies along with the onion and saute.

    Once the onions have become lightly golden, add the ginger garlic paste, salt and all the spice powders. Stir and cook until fragrant, on a medium heat

    Just as the onions are about to stick to the pan, add in the prawns and cook on a medium high heat. The prawns will leave water, preventing and burning. Cook the prawns until they form a lightly crispy exterior. Garnish with chopped coriander and lemon wedges
