Heat the oil in a pan and add the onion and garlic. Saute for 3 minutes or until the onion turns translucent.

When the onion turns translucent, add the capsicum. Saute and cook for 3 minutes or until it has softened

Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan. Add the salt, black pepper powder, kashmiri chilli powder, cumin powder, sugar and chilli flakes.

Mix well, add water, cover and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes.

Make a few cavities in the tomato sauce using a ladle. Crack in a whole egg. Repeat this step for all the eggs.

Cover and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes.

Turn off the heat and sprinkle the chopped coriander leaves on top.
