Place the packet of milk in the freezer. Freeze for 3-4 hours.

Beat the milk packet with a rolling pin or a ladle, to crush the ice.

Cut it open and pour the contents into a blender jar. Add all the other ingredients and blend.

if you're using pasteurised milk, there is no need of boiling. pasteurised milk is already preheated. so you can directly consume from the packet
