Toast the aval on a medium flame for 2 minutes to make it crispy. Remove from the pan into a bowl.

Cut the banana into pieces and add to a bowl.

Add sugar to the bananas and mash them with a fork.

In a glass, add the mashed bananas in the bottom, then the toasted aval. Then add the peanuts.
Roasted Peanuts

Fill up the glass with cold milk. You can optionally add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Stir before consumption.

Super quick and super yummy recipe.. good choice for a healthy breakfast. I did not add sugar, and I also added little Bengal gram to this recipe.
