    Mince your soaked soya until it forms small, chunky pieces. To a preheated pan, add your oil and whole spices. Once they’re fragrant, add in the onion, green chili, and salt. Saute on medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes or until they start to turn golden brown.

    Add the ginger garlic paste and cook on a medium heat for 2 minutes or until the raw smell disappears. Add in the soya mince and mix to combine. Cook until almost all the water from the soya evaporates, around 5-6 minutes on medium-high heat. Then add in the spice powders and mix to coat the soya.

    Add water and bring to a simmer. Simmer covered for 10 minutes.
