    In a pan, add mustard seeds, fennel seeds, dry red chilli and curry leaves. Add julienne of green chilli, garlic and ginger and saute it for a few minutes. After it is cooked, add onion and shallots. Saute it well. Add coriander powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder and black pepper powder. Cook it well.

    Blend tomatoes into a paste and pour it into the pot. Pour some water with salt and let it boil.
