    In a pressure cooker, add the mutton pieces, turmeric powder, salt, water, and pressure cook it for 15 mins.

    In a mixer grinder add all the ingredients under “to grind” and grind it into a smooth paste.

    Heat the oil in a Kadai, add curry leaves and fry until crispy. Add green chili, ground paste, cook for 5 mins.

    Add red chili powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt, and saute for a minute.

    You can put powders / whole ingredients instead of grinding if you don't have a blender. I used onion pieces along with garlic and ginger powder. It turned out really good.
