Cookd masalas for chicken curry cut
Method
Marinate the chicken with salt, turmeric powder, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and fennel seeds. When they splutter, add garlic, ginger, green chilli, onion, salt and curry leaves. Saute until the onion turns golden brown.
Add coriander powder, cumin powder and black pepper powder. Add the chicken and saute on high heat for 2 minutes.
Add water, cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent it from burning.
Add garam masala, coriander leaves, and some more crushed pepper and curry leaves. Mix well and serve.

Thanks to the Cookd team..!! Being a bachelor I can cook this very easily and the instructions were clear and the measurements were accurate... But I messed up with the quantity of lemon juice & marinated for 45 minutes... Still it tasted delicious tbh & the chicken was soft.. The lemon gave a rich tangy flavor & it turned into Lemon chicken curry... 😅❣️✨
