    In a mixing bowl, add the rice flour, rava, sugar, salt, spice powders, and baking soda.

    Pour ghee into a pan and roast the channa dal, cashews, raisins and coconut chunks until light golden and thoroughly roasted. Add it to the prepared mixture. Pour water and whisk it into a thick dough (thicker than dosa batter)

    Take a tin, grease it thoroughly with 3 tbsp ghee and pour the prepared batter.

    Whisk two eggs and pour it on top of the batter, top it off with coconut slivers
