Method

    In a pan, Heat Oil, add Mustard, Cumin, urad dal, Dry Red Chillies, green chilli,Curry Leaves and let them Crackle. Add Asafoetida and mix it well

    Add the chopped onions and cook it till they go brown. Add ginger garlic paste and cook it for a few seconds.

    Add the diced beetroot, toss it till it coats evenly with the masala.
