Cut the Capsicums in half, deseed them and keep aside.

In a pan, Add the oil and fry the cumin till it starts to crackle. Add in the Onion and cook till the onion turns translucent Add the ginger garlic paste and the green chili. Add turmeric powder, Asafoetida and saute for few minutes

Add the potatoes. Mix the potatoes well and add the Garam Masala, Amchur Powder, Coriander powder, Chaat Masala and salt. Mix everything well and set aside to cool.

Now carefully stuff the potatoes in the capsicum. In the same pan add some oil and roast the Capsicums for 15 minutes on low flame till the outer covering is charred and fully cooked. Make sure you place the capsicum with the potato filling uswards. Garnish with finely chopped coriander and serve hot.
