Soak the butterfly pea flowers in the hot water for 10 minutes. When it cools down to room temperature, pour it into an ice tray and freeze it into ice cubes, for at least 4 hours.

In a blender jar, lightly crush the ice and set aside.

Lightly crush the blue ice cubes, that have been infused with the flowers.

Fill the serving glass halfway with the plain crushed ice.

Fill the rest of the glass with the blue crushed ice.

Squeeze the lemon over the ice. The colour will start to get enhanced.
