    For the chutney, combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer grinder until coarse in texture.

    Pressure cook the beetroot until tender, for 3 whistles.

    To assemble the sandwich, apply the green chutney and butter on all the slices, apply butter on the outside of 2 slices for the top and bottom.
