Heat a tawa and cook the chapati to 50% on both sides. Take it off the tawa.

Head oil in the same tawa, add a beaten egg and spread it out evenly. Immediately place the half cooked piece of chapati on top of it and flip it. Let the chapati cook well. Take it off the tawa and place it on a board.
