    Soak cashew nuts, poppy seeds and melon seeds in ¾ cup of water for 30 minutes. Transfer it to a blender, add cream and curd. Blend it to a fine, thick paste. Keep it aside.

    Whisk curd and cream together and keep it aside.

    Heat oil in a pan, add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, garlic, green chillies and let it crackle.

    Add the chopped onions and cook till it is translucent. Cool the mixture down, transfer it to a blender and blend to a fine paste.

    Heat oil, ghee and ginger garlic paste in a pan, add the onion paste, cook it for a minute

    Add the dry powders and cook it for a few seconds.

    Add the chicken, mix it well till it is coated evenly with the masala and cook it for a minute.

    Add 1 ½ cups water and bring it to a boil. Cover and cook it for 20 minutes on a medium flame, stirring occasionally.

    Add the nut paste and mix it well and bring it to a slight boil and then simmer it till the gravy thickens.

    Add the curd and cream mixture to the gravy. Mix it well on a low flame

    Season the gravy. Add a spoon of ghee.
