In a saucepan, add oil. Add carrot, beans and babycorn to this and saute for 3 mins, till the vegetables are cooked.

Add water, maggi cakes and maggi seasoning. Let it cook for a few mins. Pour coconut milk and close the pan with a lid. Bring it to a boil and turn off the heat.
