Method

    Using a mixie, pulse grind the cashew into a powder. Set aside.

    In a pressure cooker, heat oil and add onion and curry leaves. Saute until the onion turns translucent.

    Add tomato and ginger garlic paste. Saute for 2-3 minutes or until the tomato softens.

    Add the chicken, turmeric powder and salt. Mix it, cover and cook with a lid for 7 minutes. And Add all the spice powders and mix.

    Add the cashew powder. Add a splash of water if it gets dry. Saute for 2 minutes.

    Add coriander leaves, mint leaves and water. Cover and pressure cook on medium-high heat for 3 whistles.
