Method

    Dry roast every ingredient separately in a pan. Using a mortar and pestle, mash the dried ginger and dried galangal. Blend all the dry roasted ingredients other than ginger and galangal and after a few pulses, add the ginger and galangal to the blender and make it into a powder.

    Melt the jaggery with water and add it to the powder and give it a good mix. Cook it on low heat and let it come to a paste consistency.

    Add the ghee and oil to the paste and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Take it out of the heat and let it cool down before adding the honey to it and give it a good mix. Shape it into small spheres
