Knead a smooth and semi-firm dough using the flour, salt and water. Rest for 10 mins.

Combine the melted butter, salt, garlic, red chilli flakes and coriander leaves and set aside.

Divide the dough into roundels and use some dusting flour roll into thin large circles.

Apply the prepared garlic butter and make vertical incisions ¾ of the way. Dust some flour on top.

Roll up the incisions and then into concentric circles.

Dust lightly with flour and roll them flat.

Cook on a medium hot tava with some more oil/ butter until golden brown and crispy.
