    Hard boil 5 eggs.

    Peel and grate the eggs.

    Heat oil in a pan, add the onions and saute it till they turn golden brown.

    Add the grated egg. Mix and add water. Cook until everything comes together.

    This was yum!! Cooking eggs for 9 mins doesn't work. You've to cook atleast for 12-13 mins, else you won't be able to grate the eggs.

    taste is so good 😊 but the masala is not infused properly in the white part of egg if we add raw egg and stir until raw smell leaves the is ultimate 🤤
