    In a heavy bottomed pan add milk and bring it to boil. Add the semiya, and lightly crushed cardamom pods Simmer until the semiya is cooked. Add the sugar, condensed milk and vanilla. Simmer until the milk is reduced to 75%

    To a small pan, add ghee. Once hot, fry the cashews until golden. Then add the raisins and fry until puffed. Remove from the ghee and set aside.

    Tried it out and fell in love with it. I reduced the sugar, it turned out a little thick, adjusted the consistency by adding some more milk. Super!!
