    In a pan, heat some oil and add the cumin. Add the finely chopped onion once the cumin seeds start to crackle. Cook the onion till translucent in color, and add the ginger garlic paste followed by the finely chopped green chili. Puree the tomato and add them, cook them for 3- 5 minutes on medium heat. Add all the spices- Red Chili Powder, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Salt, Sugar, and Kasoori methi.

    Add the water and cover it for 10-12 minutes on medium- low flame until the masalas are fully cooked and the mixture has released the oil. Add in the carrot, capsicum, and beans and coat it evenly in the masala and cook it for another 5 minutes until everything is cooked well together. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
