    Deseed and boil the chillies. Strain it, blend it to a fine paste and keep it aside.

    Mix the paneer with the maida, cornflour, salt, pepper, msg and little water and mix it till it is coated evenly. Heat oil in a kadai, deep fry till it becomes crispy and keep it aside.

    In another pan, heat oil, add chopped garlic, chilli paste and mix it till oil separates from it. Add tomato ketchup and a little water. Bring it to a boil. Add salt, pepper and mix it well till it starts to thicken.

    Add the fried paneer, toss it till it is coated evenly with the sauce. Serve it hot immediately.
