    Chop the idlis into ½ inch cubes.

    Add oil in a pan, shallow fry the idli until golden brown on all the sides. Remove from the pan, set aside.

    Add oil in the pan (if needed), add fennel seeds and slit green chili. Add the finely chopped onions and saute until translucent.

    Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a couple of minutes.

    Add the tomato and saute until mushy.

    Add the capsicum cubes, cooked green peas, tomato ketchup and cook everything for 3 mins.

    Add the shallow fried idlis and mix gently. Add some finely chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice, and remove from the heat.
