    To a cooker, add oil, fennel seeds, cinnamon and saute for a few seconds. Now add onion, garlic and saute for 3 minutes. Add tomato and Saute for 3 minutes.

    Now add red chilli powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, salt and saute for 5 minutes on a medium flame. Now add the mutton pieces and give it a mix. Add water, pressure cook it for 20 minutes on a medium flame.

    In a mixer jar, add coconut, fennel seeds, water and grind it to a fine paste.

    Once pressure gets down, open the cooker and set asid.

    In an iron dosa tawa, add coconut oil and the cooked mutton pisces. Now squeeze the coconut paste on top of the mutton pisces and roast it well. Take out from the tawa, serve it hot with some diced onions on top of it.
