    Cut the raw banana into diamond-shaped pieces. Add salt and red chili powder, and mix well in a bowl.

    Deep-fry in medium-hot oil for 2 minutes, strain, and keep aside.

    In a kadai, add oil, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, and dried red chili, and sauté for a minute. Now add onion, garlic, tomato, coconut chunks, salt, and red chili powder, and sauté for 5 minutes.

    Once it cools down, transfer to a mixer jar and coarsely blend.

    Sauté for 5 minutes until the raw smell disappears. Now add the fried raw banana pieces and sauté for 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
