Add All the ingredients For Coating and Mix well until well combined. Add the Chicken lollipop. Mix well and marinate for 30 mins.

Heat up Oil over medium heat, one hot,Deep fry the marinated chicken until golden brown.

In a wok/pan Over medium heat add oil,Garlic , ginger and red chilli flakes. Saute until Aromatic. Add your Prepared Sauce and saute until thick. Add your Fried chicken and saute until coated thoroughly. Add the green onions and mix once. Serve hot and enjoy.
