    Sear the chicken on a medium high flame until cooked and lightly charred on both sides. Slice the chicken up into small bite sized pieces

    Heat your oil for deep frying your french fries. Once the oil has become hot, add your french fries in two batches and cook until golden brown. Once golden, remove and drain on a paper towel. While they’re still hot, toss with salt to season
