Chop the onions and green chilli and set aside. Cook the noodles without the tastemaker and set aside to cool.

In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients for the pakoda and mix until thoroughly combined. Shape it into balls and deep fry until golden brown, serve it with ketchup.
