    In a mixing bowl, add besan flour, cornflour, rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, tomato sauce, water and mix everything together.

    Add chopped mushroom, onion, green chili, curry leaves, coriander leaves and mix well until evenly combined.

    Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Once the oil is hot, deep fry the mushrooms until crispy and golden brown.
