    Heat oil in a kadai, Add mustard, urad dal, chilli, curry leaves and let it crackle.

    Add the onions and saute till it turns translucent. Cook the onions till they start to turn light brown.

    Add ginger garlic paste and cook it for a minute. Then add turmeric powder, mix it well.
