In a bowl over medium high heat add oil and add the paneer. Fry until golden brown. Take off heat .

In a wok over medium high heat add oil, chopped onions, garlic,ginger and green chilli and saute until translucent. Once aromatic add water and let it reach a boil. Add your sauces in stages and stir continuously.

Add salt, pepper and sugar and mix well. Once boiling add cornstarch slurry and mix vigorously. Let thicken up into sauce like consistency .

Add bell peppers, onion,spring onion whites and spring onion. Mix until everything is well coated. Add your cooked rice and mix until coated thoroughly. Garnish with spring onion and enjoy :)
