To make the batter, combine the besan and rice flour, add the turmeric, asafoetida, ajwain, baking soda and red chilli powder.

why my panner isn't cooked from inside😅 from outside it's crispy but from inside there is air gaps plus my paneer isn't cooking at all and it I try to cook for more time my outer surface got burned 😅😅😅what I am doing wrong over here??..
