    Heat Oil in a kadai, add mustard, cumin, green chili, and curry leaves. Let it crackle.

    Add the sliced onions and saute till it turns golden brown.

    Add the tomatoes and let it cook till it is mashed and oil is released from the sides.

    Season it with salt and sugar. Mix it well.

    Add chopped coriander leaves. Mix it well. Keep it aside.

    Heat oil in a kadai, add the paneer cubes, and cook it till it gets a golden brown colour on the sides. Take it off the pan.

    In the same pan, add the prepared tomato thokku and add ¼ cup of water, mix well. Heat it up for a minute.

    Add salt and garam masala and mix it well. Add the paneer and mix it till it is coated evenly with the thokku.

    Cook the mixture till it is semi-dry.

    Transfer it to a bowl. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves. Serve it hot with dosa/idli, rice, chapati, etc.
