    Peel and cut the boiled eggs into 8 pieces.

    Heat oil in a tawa/pan and add green chilli, curry leaves and onion. Saute for a minute or until the onion softens.

    Add the tomato, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

    Add the cut boiled eggs. Mix to coat the masala, and continue to fry on high heat for a minute.

    Pour the salna over the eggs and cook for 1 minute.

    Sprinkle black pepper powder and curry leaves.. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve along with parotta, idli or dosa.
