Heat oil in a pan, add onions, dry red chillies, green chillies, curry leaves and saute for 4-5 minutes.

Add the goates blood and keep mixing it till it starts to clump up like a scrambled egg. Cook it a little more if you prefer it to be dry and crumbly.
