    In a bowl add maida, salt, water and mix to combine well. Add oil and knead into soft dough and rest for 2 hours.

    In a pan roast the rava for 5 minutes in a medium flame until it’s aromatic.

    In a kadai add water, kesari color, salt, cardamom powder and mix it well. Bring it to a boil. Now add the rava and mix it for 2 minutes without creating any lumps. Add the sugar to it and mix it well. Shape it into small balls while it’s still hot

    Now take a small amount of the dough, spread it into a thin even layer, place a sooji ball and wrap the dough around it. Flatten the dough into an even layer In medium hot oil deep fry it for 1 minute, or until lightly golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
