    Cut Mushrooms into halves, add soy sauce, maida, corn flour and water and mix it till it coats evenly.

    Heat oil in a Kadai, deep fry the mushrooms till it turns golden brown and crispy. Keep it aside.

    In a wok, add oil. Let it heat up. Add chopped ginger and garlic, saute for a few seconds. Add the chopped green chilies and the dry red chilies and let them crackle.

    Add the diced onions, cook it for a few seconds. Add bell peppers and toss them for a few seconds on a high flame.

    Add water, soy sauce and tomato ketchup, stir it in. Add the cornstarch, mix it in.

    Add the fried mushrooms, toss it on a high flame till the sauce coats evenly on them.

    Transfer it to a bowl, Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves. Serve it hot.
