    In a pressure cooker, add the butter and let it melt. Add in the pizza seasoning, chilli flakes and black pepper powder and saute for 5 seconds. Add the chopped onion and garlic and saute on a medium flame for 2 minutes or until the onions turn translucent.

    Add the chopped carrots and golden corn and saute for 2-3 more minutes or until the carrot softens. Add the maida and cook on a low flame for 2-3 minutes or until the raw flavour disappears.

    Pour in the water and milk and bring it to a boil. Add in the mustard sauce and salt. Add 1 tumbler of pasta, cover, and pressure cook on a medium flame for 1 whistle. Immediately run it over running water to release the pressure.

    Open and let it cook for 2 more minutes or until the sauce thickens. Finish the pasta with grated cheese and chopped capsicum. Serve hot
