    For the sauce add Coriander leaves, Spring onion, red chilli flakes, soy sauce and salt into a bowl. Pour in hot oil, and continue mixing everything until well incorporated. Let it cool aside while you prepare the filling.

    In a pan add Gingelly oil, once hot, add red chilli & shallots, saute until soft, Add chicken, salt and mix everything together. Add water, cover and let cook until the chicken is fully cooked.

    Remove the lid and let the water completely evaporate. OPTIONALLY You can cut your chapatis into small taco sizes and cook them. Layer the taco with the bottom being chapati/roti followed by the chicken filling. Finish off the tacos by applying your prepared sauce as desired. Serve it with a lemon wedge and enjoy this Indian fusion.
