    Add some ghee to the pressure cooker. Add the onions and saute for 3 - 4 minutes or until lightly golden. Add the ginger garlic paste, followed by the tomatoes. Cook for 4 minutes or until the tomatoes are cooked.

    Add the mint leaves and the coriander leaves. Add the spice powders and mix to combine. Saute for an additional 30 seconds before adding curd and mixing to combine well.

    Add the vegetables, and stir.

    Add the kheema and mix. Add water and bring to a boil. Pressure cook for 2 whistles.

    Add the soaked rice, dal, water and bring to a boil. Close the lid and pressure cook for 5 whistles. Let the pressure naturally release before opening and adding the green peas.
