    Heat oil in a pan and add the cinnamon, cardamom, fennel seeds and green chilli. Add the cashew and poppy seeds. Saute until light golden brown.

    In a pan, heat oil and add cinnamon, kalpasi, fennel seeds and curry leaves. Add the onion and saute until translucent.

    Add the ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, and all the spice powders. Saute for 3-4 minutes.
