Pressure cook the potatoes for 4 whistles with a cup of water and a tsp of salt.

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl until well combined and in a pouring consistency.

Strain and smash them with the skin-on. Sprinkle salt to season them.

Coat them with cornstarch. Fry them until crispy and golden brown on a medium high flame. Pour the sauce over the fried potatoes and then garnish with chopped coriander leaves and onions.

oil which I used turned white in colour bcz of corn starch so use only little bit of oil needed for frying other than that it tastes good thanks for the recipe!!
